In our co-working and accountability online sessions, you'll engage in a focused conversations with a dedicated session leader who understands the unique challenges of the industry. Together, you'll set clear, actionable goals for the session and beyond, tailored to your career ambitions. You'll break down any obstacles in your path, and create a structured plan to keep you on track. Each session is designed to keep you motivated and accountable, with a coach providing honest feedback, industry insights, and practical strategies to help you overcome challenges, deliver your creative projects and achieve success. Whether it's re-writing a scene, preparing for auditions, developing your craft, preparing marketing or something else that is important to you, the coach will be there to ensure you have a super productive session.

 

What happens during a session?

During the online sessions, which happen throughout the week, you'll immerse yourself in focused, productive work alongside a group of like-minded actors, writers and directors. Sessions provide a structured, distraction-free environment where you can tackle important tasks - research, script analysis, drafting, self taping, work on you your showreel - whatever you want to move forward. With the guidance of a coach, you'll set clear objectives for the session and will benefit from the collective energy of the group. Throughout the session, you'll have the opportunity to share your progress, ask questions, receive feedback, all ensuring that you stay on track and make meaningful strides in your work. By the end, you'll feel accomplished, motivated, and ready to take on the next step.​

Career Accelerator Sessions

​As a member of the studio you also access monthly career accelerator sessions which include industry expert sessions, script readings, self tape practise and a writers club.

Industry Expert Sessions

 

You'll have the rare opportunity to engage directly with top Casting Directors and Directors, bringing their invaluable insights from the heart of the industry. These sessions offer a dynamic mix of Q&A, where you can ask burning questions, gain clarity on industry expectations, and receive tailored advice and feedback. The experts will share their working practices, what they look for and how you can work with them.  You'll also receive guidance and support on how to build and sustain professional relationships and open doors to future opportunities. These conversations are designed to provide you with insider knowledge, boost your confidence, and empower you to take strategic steps in your career.

Script Reading Sessions

​

The scripts in our script reading sessions range from full length plays and film scripts, to half an hour TV pilots - some written by our members and others done by popular choice. An opportunity for writers to have your work read, and for actors and directors to hone skills in a no pressure environment. Experimental pieces, wild character choices, costume changes are all welcome! During a script reading session we'll dive deep into characters and the story with the guidance of a director. In a supportive and focused environment, we read through the script, exploring the nuances of the dialogue, character motivations, and emotional beats. Constructive peer feedback is given on the writing, the delivery, pacing, and interpretation, helping to fuel authenticity and depth. These sessions are an opportunity to refine craft, experiment and develop skilfulness.

Writers Club

 

In a Writers Deep Dive session, you'll immerse yourself in focused, uninterrupted writing time, allowing you to make significant progress. Session is designed for writers whether novices or experienced, who want to delve deeply into their work, whether it's drafting new material, revising a script, or developing characters and storylines. With the support of a group of fellow writers, you'll set clear goals for the session and receive peer feedback as needed. The environment encourages productivity and creativity, helping you overcome any writer's blocks and refine your craft. You'll leave with a stronger script, renewed focus, and the motivation to continue your writing journey.

Self Tape Practise

​

For actors, during our online group self-tape audition practice sessions you'll join a supportive group of fellow actors in a collaborative and interactive environment. Each participant will have the opportunity to rehearse and record their self-tape while receiving valuable real-time feedback from both the coach and peers. These session allow you to gain diverse perspectives on your performance, learn from others' approaches, and refine your technique in a constructive, encouraging atmosphere. The coach guides the group, offering professional insights on how to enhance self-tapes, and facilitates a positive exchange of ideas and feedback. You leave with enhanced self-tape skills, greater confidence, and a deeper connection with your practise.​​​
